You can burn 500+ calories every session with our unique approach to exercise. Our High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) program burns more calories than traditional workouts and keeps your body’s metabolism at maximum capacity as you can continue to burn calories throughout your day and night.

Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier body, mind and soul.
Sure, we call ourselves a Bootcamp - but nobody’s going to yell in your face or intimidate you! We love to laugh and have a good time – even while you are challenged to achieve the progress you’re after. Once you get in the groove, you’re going to love how our program makes you feel and the results you’ll gain. The workouts are designed to encourage you to go outside the box. Workouts include strength training, Interval Cardio training, endurance training, flexibility and much more.
You will never be bored with the workouts as they are never the same. The atmosphere is great. The members actually become friends and know they are on a journey together. That’s why we affectionately call it, “The Bootcamp Family”. You will be inspired by others and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Shawn, Jeff and Kelly.
