Frequently Asked Questions

WHO WORKS OUT AT YOUR BOOTCAMP?

Moms, Dads, people preparing to walk down the aisle, college students, working adults, and everyone in-between depend on our bootcamp for great workouts, week after week. No matter what your current fitness level or goals, this program is for you! Although many people originally come for weight loss, most bootcampers stay for maintenance.

WHAT IS THE COST (INVESTMENT IN MYSELF)?

Each four-week bootcamp has a registration fee of $50 for up to 20 hours of instruction! That's $2.50 per hour! Where else can you get qualified fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $50-120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a qualified trainer for just a fraction of the cost. You truly cannot put a price on your health, self esteem and confidence you will gain from Integrity Bootcamp.

WHAT DO I BRING TO BOOTCAMP?

The most important thing you need to bring is a great attitude and your ambition. Other than that, you should bring an exercise/yoga mat or towel, 5-8 lb. weights (women) or 8-12 lb. (men), drink bottle.

WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING IS APPROPRIATE FOR CLASSES?

Men and women should wear clothes that are breathable and pull sweat off the body. Shorts/sweat pants are appropriate for men and women, and many women prefer to wear yoga pants. Men and women should always have running shoes that are 6 months old or newer.

WHERE DO I GO TO GET MY RUNNING SHOES?

Shoes are a very important part of bootcamp! Shoes should not be older than 6 months - no matter how much tread is left on the bottom. Our shoes wear out on the insides, as well, and we need to give ourselves every opportunity to prevent injury. We recommend The Running Store in Clearwater and Fit2Run in Tampa. They are two excellent places to find a shoe that is just right for you, with qualified staff that will educate you in your shoe purchase.

I’M A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT SIGNING UP, HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I’LL GET THE RESULTS I WANT, OR IF I’LL BE ABLE TO STICK WITH IT?

First, it’s important to understand that I can help you set realistic goals going into the program. If you are truly committed to reaching the goals we set together, follow my coaching and attend all of the workouts and honestly give it your all, I am confident that you will see tremendous improvements in just 30 days. Creating success stories is my main goal, and I will help you succeed at every step. No one is left behind, and the bootcamp family will not let you fail.

I’M TOTALLY OUT OF SHAPE. HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?

Our ability to serve every fitness level is one of the unique and amazing things about our boot camp. You don’t need to be able to run a 5K to join us - we’d love to help push you out of your comfort zone and help you reach your goals. Be sure to get your doctor’s approval and feel free to contact me to discuss any concerns. NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women and men of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

I HAVE PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

It depends on the nature and severity of the injury or limitations you may have. Generally speaking, people who can walk briskly, jog at least a little bit and can jump without issues tend to do just fine. If you have physical ailments or injuries, you should get clearance from a doctor before you begin the program with us.Enter the answer to your question here. Be thoughtful with your answer, write clearly, and consider adding examples.

I’M NOT A RUNNER, IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

If you are unable to run because your doctor says you shouldn’t – then this program may not be for you. But if you have just the belief that you are not a runner, or just don’t like running, then you should absolutely give the program a try! I have designed our program on a progressive schedule to help you increase your endurance at a level you can handle. Although there is some running every day, our workouts vary so that we don’t just “run” all the time. When we do run, you will not be left by yourself. Others will be right with you to keep you motivated.

I AM QUITE OVERWEIGHT, CAN I STILL SIGN UP?

Although the training can be intense, I know how to work with people of different fitness levels and love to help people! You need to use common sense, and certainly get clearance from your doctor before beginning our program. But if you are unsure and want more information, give me a call and we can discuss your situation. Our goal is always to help you get and stay healthy.

WILL I BE EMBARRASSED?

Bootcampers will never be yelled at, but will be encouraged to do their best. We wouldn't want to embarrass anybody, ever! We apply the "Golden Rule" on this aspect of our bootcamps. We encourage, empower, and uplift!

MAY I PAY BY CHECK?
